Christmas Tree Ornaments for Tea Fire Victims

Many of our neighbors lost everything in the devastating Tea Fire of November 13. Many wonderful agencies are pitching in to help clothe and furnish our friends and neighbors. But what about the little things? Those are important, too.

Christmas is fast approaching, and our family wants to help collect and distribute Christmas tree ornaments to help make their holidays a little brighter. A small bit of light in a very dark time.

PLEASE: Hanging Christmas Tree ornaments only. Please, no other decorations. We are looking for ornaments that can be hung by a hook to a tree.

We want to have all donated ornaments by Tuesday, December 16, 2008. We hope to finish distribution by Sunday, December 21.

Tea Fire Victims: please email us with your name, the address of the home that was burned, and a phone number. We will contact you to arrange delivery of some ornaments to you.
